TEMPO FOCUS: Selina Bradley Impacting The Community
Selina Griggs Bradley wore different hats before finding her niche. For the past 10 years, she has worked as a Broker Associate/Real Estate Agent and Investor. Her greatest joy has come from being able to help families realize their dream of home ownership. With a passion for social impact and a deep-rooted commitment to her community, Bradley founded the Selina G. Foundation LLC, a pioneering initiative aimed at making affordable housing attainable for all.
As a broker/associate, Bradley is dedicated to revolutionizing the accessibility of affordable housing. She developed an interest in the real estate business 11 years ago.
“At that time, I was thinking of a job that would provide me flexibility to take care of my son,” she said. “It was placed on my heart to venture into the real estate market. Seeing a family’s dream come true in-home ownership and watching their smiles light up when they receive the keys to their new home, gives me great satisfaction,” she said.
The Selina G. Foundation – which provides the essentials needed for residents to make their house a home – is parallel to her work as a realtor. “Our mission is to assist with home necessities to those in need, providing home essentials, scholarships and school supplies.
“No one should be deprived of the basic needs of living due to financial constraints,”
she said. The Foundation also adopts a family for Christmas and offers mentoring programs for community youth. Future plans are to offer scholarships for trade schools or furthering the student’s education, back to school drives and fundraisers. “We want to continue to be a resource in the community.”
Leveraging her extensive background in real estate and a with profound understanding of market dynamics, Selina has successfully orchestrated numerous innovative solutions that bridge the gap between low-income individuals and affordable housing opportunities. Her leadership skills, strategic mindset, and collaborative approach have not only transformed lives, but have also earned her recognition as a trailblazer in the real estate industry.
