COME OUT AND JOIN THE RIVERVIEW RAMS AS THEY SEEK REDEMPTION AGAINST DR. PHILLIPS

Riverview High School Football team will face a familiar rival team on Friday with a determination as they step out on the field to change history and win over Dr. Phillips High School from Orlando. Riverview Rams have faced the opponent before and victory was just out of their reach. This time will be the game changer states Rod Dragast, Athletic Director at Riverview High School. Dragast said,

“This game is our come back to us to win this year. Dr. Phillips High’s team is out of Orlando. Dr. Phillips is a large school and we have played them before and we are ready to play them this time, ready to win.”

Dragast went on to say,

“We may have started the season a bit slow but it’s not how you start that’s important, it’s where you end up that’s important and this time we will win. The Rams have seasoned seniors on the team that have faced and played against the other school three times and they are ready and know what to bring. The team is more cohesive and ready before this game and when they step out on the field their determination will prove it.”

Dragast said there will be a “Tail Gate Event” located on the West End Zone on the field on Friday night at 6:30pm before the game for all Ram Alumni with catered food being provided by Pizza SRQ. The Rams are asking for all Football Player Alumni to come out and enjoy the Tail Gate Event to encourage and show true Ram Spirit before the game. Tickets for the game go on sale at 5:30pm. This time as the Rams step out on the field to face the op ponent that took the victory last year will find a new attitude and game plan to show everyone in the stands, on the fields and the other players the Rams are going to get redemption and win.
