In addition to 24-hour live-in care, Finding Hope offers Alzheimer’s and dementia care and provides meals, medication management, personal care services, transportation and stimulating activities for their clients. There are shared and private rooms available. Its mission is to deliver exceptional, round-the-clock residential care that promotes independence, dignity and well being for the residents, while offering their families peace of mind.

Finding Hope is operated by founder, Angie Santos, Kimberly Shannon and Keturah Hayes. They have two locations in Bradenton: 3411 16th Street East, managed by Santos, and 2817 2nd Street East, managed by Shannon. The homes are beautifully designed and has the “at home” feeling that Finding Hope wants to achieve. A third location, which is a brand new home, is scheduled to open in April and Hayes will manage it at 1524 72nd Street East in Palmetto. The collaboration among Santos, Hayes and Shannon has led to facilities that families can benefit from, all with high quality service and personalized care.

Santos founded Finding Hope in March 2017 out of her deep passion for helping people in need.

“For me, this journey is more than a business—it’s a lifestyle, a mission, and a way to share hope and love,” she said. “As a cancer survivor, I know firsthand what it feels like to be bedridden, vulnerable, and unsure of what the future holds. During those difficult days, I prayed and promised God that if I recovered, I would dedicate my life to giving others the hope and strength they need to keep going.”

Kimberly Shannon

Santos brings 28 years of extensive experience in nursing administration and management. Her expertise spans nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home care services, and administrative leadership.

Shannon brings nearly three decades of expertise in patient care as a registered pharmacist. A graduate of Florida A&M University’s College of Pharmacy, her career spans retail and specialty pharmacy, where she has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to improving the lives of patients through compassionate care and innovative solutions. As a pharmacist, she has honed critical skills such as medication management, patient counseling, and health monitoring—expertise that seamlessly translates to her work in adult home care. Kimberly is a seasoned entrepreneur, owning and managing several successful businesses.

Kentura Hayes

Hayes is the founder and CEO of My HighQuality Nursing. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Florida A&M University and brings 16 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She holds a certification in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, with clinical expertise spanning geriatrics, pediatrics, gynecology, long-term care, hospice care, wound care and home health care. Hayes has been instrumental in advancing clinical and operational performance in both ambulatory and long-term care settings. Her expertise in clinical and operational excellence enables her to guide clients in achieving compliance, improving clinical competency, and sustaining success in healthcare delivery.
