Austin, James Cole, D4G and numerous other artist  contestants and other guest, from all across the state, from Miami to  Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Texas, Lakeland,  Orlando, Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Manatee, St. Pete and other surrounding  cites. It all goes down at the Greatness Beyond Measure and Celebration  of Greatness, July 26 – 28 at Ringling College of Art and Design, 2363  Old Bradenton, Florida in Sarasota. 

Another incredible GBM  weekend highlight is the 11th Anniversary Celebration of Greatness all  white attire affair. Celebration of Greatness is an electrifying evening  of Illumination, Inspiration, Creativity, Entertainment and  Empowerment. During Celebration, Greatness Beyond Measure will  recognized honor the Greatness in phenomenal individuals that exemplify  excellence in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Philanthropy, Community  Service, Academia and those who have demonstrated a commitment to  further the mission and purpose of Greatness Beyond Measure, Empowerment  for Life, Believe It, Achieve It, Ignite the Genius within. Several  amazing Trailblazers will be inducted into the Greatness Beyond Measure  “Hall of Greatness,” they include: The Honorable Willie Shaw – City of  Sarasota, The Honorable Fredd “Glossy” Atkins – Community  Activist/Leader, George Miles – Ringling College of Art and Design Board  of Trustees, Co-Chair and GBM Partner, Nate Jacobs, Westcoast Black  Theater, Dr. Rachel Shelley, Principal of Booker High School and Walter  Jennings, Founder/CEO of Heard’em Say Poets. In addition, Greatness  Beyond Measure will also “Salute the Greatness,” in incredible teens who  have made significant achievements in education, entrepreneurship,  entertainment and community service, such as; Kiara Harris – BHS recent  VPA and Honor Graduate, who will be attending Ringling College of Art  & Design, Zionna Williams – BHS Scholar and Honor student, Jahkori  Dopwell – Hall, a Ringling College of Art & Design Sophomore and the  GBM 2019 Shark Tank Winner, Ah’sharee Avant, Bayshore High School Honor  student, Taylor Young, Honor Student and Artist from Tampa and Joel  Bolds, Northside Christian Honor Student, musician and athlete from St.  Petersburg. 2019 GBM Volunteer of the Year is Deidra Turner Brooks, the  Founder of DEAR INC. Greatness Beyond Measure will also acknowledge some  of the phenomenal parents who have been a tremendous blessing to GBM  throughout the years.
