Kappa Alpha Psi Sarasota Alumni Chapter Elects & Installs Officers
Sarasota, FL – The Sarasota (FL) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. proudly announces the election and installation of its officers and Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 fraternal year. The newly elected leadership team is committed to advancing the fraternity’s mission of service, scholarship, mentorship, and community engagement throughout the Sarasota/Manatee area.
Leading the chapter for a second consecutive term is Polemarch Keenan Wooten, whose re-election reflects the confidence and trust of the chapter’s membership. Under his continued leadership, the chapter will build upon its recent accomplishments while expanding programs and partnerships that positively impact the community.
The 2026–2027 Executive Board includes: Polemarch: Keenan Wooten (re-elected); Vice Polemarch: Darryl Williams; Keeper of Records: Khalil Garcia; Keeper of Exchequer: Carl Willis; Strategus: Herbert Watson; Lieutenant Strategus: Jeffrey Jean; and Historian/Reporter: Alphonza Mobley. The newly installed Board of Directors includes: Omar Edwards, Darren Gambrell, Jerry Long and Donald Freison.
