St. Paul M.B. Church Hold Education Day Program

BRADENTON, FL At a recent Education Day Program at St.

Paul Missionary Baptist Church Eight students celebrated their graduations from high school and college. Four graduates were awarded with the O.M. Brown Memorial Scholarship Award. All graduates were honored with a Bible and monetary gifts.

Pictured on the 1st. Row Left to right: Tyrell Nicholas Lee, graduated from Palmetto High School. His plans are to go to college and study Business Technology and or Sports Medicine. D’Nasha Dynasty Washington, graduated from Lakewood High School, She participated in The ROTC program and was active in JROTC program at school serving as the 2nd in command; awarded a pre-contract for four years at Stetson University, in Health Integrated Science while preparing to become an officer (Lieutenant) in the United States Army. Kiela Bertram, graduated from Manatee School for the Arts. She has been accepted at Sate College of Florida (SCF). Kiela will pursue an AS Degree in Forensics or Psychiatry. Tyreke Alexander Lee, graduated from Palmetto High School. His goal is going to college to pursue the field of Internal Medicine and become a doctor. Destine Shanae Johnson, graduated from Palmetto High School and State College of Florida with an AA Degree. She is attending University of South Florida. Her plans are to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and minor in Accounting. Leix Emi Lubin, graduated from Manatee High School. Her plans are to attend State College of Florida and study to be a Nurse or Orthodontist. Janiya Nykeria Dawes, graduated from Manatee High School. She plans to attend State College of Florida and become a pediatrician. Darius Starling, graduated from Manatee High School. He is planing a career in the medical field, Darius also has many interest: automotive, audio, electronics and real estate investor.
